YOGA Time Out 2023

Arrive and start with the first yoga session in the evening to start swinging and with a clear head. In between there is delicious food from the GREEN kitchen, a round of swimming in the pool, one or more sauna sessions, a feel-good massage or a good book. When we find balance on the yoga mat, it helps us to find more stability, lightness and joy in everyday life. Days for YOU - alone or as a couple - even the WILDEST need to calm down sometimes, through mindful and palpable yoga practice consisting of asanas (physical exercises), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation, as well as brief insights into yoga philosophy. Suitable for yoga beginners and advanced.

- Upper Palatinate country breakfast with homemade bread, homemade jams, homemade Bircher muesli and much more.
- 2x GREEN cuisine in the Wirtsstuben
- daily healthy lunch snack from 13.00 o'clock to 15.00 o'clock
- 4x 60 minutes yoga practice with Gaby Althammer (yoga teacher BDY/EYU)
- Use of the Sauna area in the main building
- Use of the garden SPA in the garden house
