Once booked, participation is binding; there is no right of withdrawal, and cancellations, returns, rebookings, or refunds are not permitted. Our events are carefully planned and prepared with great care. We therefore ask for your understanding that tickets are non-refundable—however, you are welcome to transfer them to friends or family at any time.
In the event of cancellation or a significant change by the organizer, the ticket price will be refunded or an alternative date offered; in the event of a delay or no-show, there is no entitlement to a refund.
