Guesthouse in Parsberg: Wirtsstuben restaurant
We have many traditions here at Hirschen. One of them is that we all love to eat well. This is why when we cook what we like, it’s with time, excellent ingredients and, of course, a lot of love. We freshly prepare everything ourselves, as it should be!
Table reservation at Wirtsstuben restaurant
The seats at our guesthouse in Parsberg are popular but limited. So please remember to reserve a table in advance.
07.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.
Upper Palatinate country breakfast
Coffee is made at eight in the morning—but we’re a little early, so the breakfast buffet at the Hirschen is ready for you starting at 7:00 a.m. Jams from our pantry, sausage and ham from our own production, cheese from an organic farm, and so much more… We value quality not just in the morning. All these delicacies are available at the buffet. Also available to outside guests for €32.90 per person.
Lunch snack
If you’ve added the lunch snack to your booking, you can enjoy it daily from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in our EssSPA. Look forward to a variety of treats—sometimes light and healthy, sometimes hearty and substantial. This turns your lunch break into a little moment of indulgence—relaxing, delicious, and tailored exactly to your taste.
Regional cuisine in Parsberg. And we know where it comes from.
For us, good cuisine starts with good ingredients.
That’s why we know exactly where our meat, fish, vegetables, eggs, cheese, and many other ingredients come from.
Much of it comes from the Upper Palatinate and the surrounding area.
To ensure this, we work with farmers, producers, and suppliers whom we know personally and whose craftsmanship we value.
Our natural flavour intensifiers:
– Fish from the Schneemühl
– Game from the forests around Parsberg
– Lamb from the Laaber slopes in Darshofen
– Vegetables from our farmers in the Knoblauchsland region
– Honey from Parsberg beekeepers
– Eggs from Lupburg
– Asparagus and strawberries from the Blüml Asparagus Farm in Abensberg
– Cheese and dairy products from the Berl and Wohlfahrt farm cheese dairies
– Flour from the Poschenrieder Mill in Sinzing, muesli from the Antersdorfer Mill
– Wild mushrooms and berries, gathered by our mushroom expert Bernd Wurzbacher
From the Region to the Glass
– Schnapps and fine brandies from the Pfeifferhof and the Penninger distillery, among others
– Specialty beers from the Upper Palatinate—you’ll find the current selection on our Beverage Menu.
