The nearest Christmas market is practically on our doorstep.
Over two weekends, the Burgweihnacht takes place in the castle gardens and the inner courtyard of Parsberg Castle.
Small, local and just right for an Advent evening without a long journey.

Romantic Christmas market at Thurn und Taxis Castle

Fire pits, twinkling lights and historic walls: The Christmas market at St. Emmeram Palace is one of the region’s most special Advent destinations. Expect traditional crafts, music and a dedicated programme for children.

Nuremberg Christmas Market

The classic. Red-and-white market stalls, Nuremberg gingerbread, traditional prune figurines and the famous Christkind at the heart of it all. If you’re looking for a big, traditional Christmas market, this is the place. Families will also love the dedicated Children’s Christmas Market.

Kuchlbauer’s Christmas in the Tower

The illuminated Kuchlbauer Tower alone makes this Christmas market stand out. Around the brewery, you’ll find traditional crafts, festive stalls and plenty of sparkling lights. A lovely Advent outing for the whole family.

Christmas, with a Wild West twist. During Advent, the Western town transforms into a festive wonderland with a beautifully lit Main Street, shows, music, market stalls and Santa Claus. Allow a little extra time for this one – Pullman City is more of a day trip than a quick stop.
