When can I check into my room on the day of arrival?
Your room is ready for occupancy from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. Should you arrive after 6 p.m., please inform us in writing in advance. Please note that we do not have a 24-hour reception or night porter service. Arrivals after 11 p.m. are only possible after explicit and prior consultation. In case of urgent emergencies, you can call our night emergency service on +49 (0) 94926060. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11 a.m.
Is my booking immediately binding?
All bookings are binding once the reservation has been made. The Early Bird Rate cannot be cancelled or changed. We would be happy to send you a non-binding offer in advance, so you can take your time to decide what suits you best.
How do I pay my bill?
You can pay your hotel bill in cash or with any normal bank or credit card.
Where can I park my car?
70 parking spaces are available for our guests at the hotel. You can also charge your electric car at one of our four e-charging stations with up to 22kW/h of charging power (Settlement according to flat rate). The wall sockets are equipped with a TYPE 2 plug. In addition to our parking spaces, there is a free public parking garage in Parsberg (150m from the hotel).
How much do we have to pay for our children?
Children up to five years old may sleep in their parents’ bed at no extra charge. They are welcome to join us for breakfast. If you would like to have a baby cot ready and waiting in your room when you arrive, you can book one for an extra 10,– € per night. For all kids over five years old, there is an extra bed and a delicious breakfast for 20,– € per night.
Are our children allowed in the wellness area?
Our GartenSPA is for children aged fifteen and over as rest and relaxation are the main focus here. However, as we know from our own children, water is a magical attraction. So, both our indoor and outdoor pools are open from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. for you and your little ones.
Under which conditions could I cancel my holiday?
Cancellation free of charge is currently possible until 2 p.m. on the day before arrival, provided that your reservation has been made directly with the hotel or via the hotel’s own website at the “online price” stated there. The free cancellation does not apply to special price agreements (e.g., early bird discounts) and contingent bookings. If the cancellation is made too late, we reserve the right to charge 80% of the total price. Should you have to break off your trip prematurely, we take the liberty of charging for the last night.
In case of a no-show, the following compensation fee will apply:
90% of the total price for the overnight stay without meals
80 % of the total price for the overnight stay with breakfast
70 % of the total price for the overnight stay with half board
In order to avoid any cancellation costs in the event of cancellation, delayed arrival, or early departure, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Is there a tourist tax?
No, you don’t have to pay a tourist tax in Parsberg.
Do I have to book my wellness and body treatments in advance?
It is not absolutely necessary, but we recommend that you inform us of your treatment wishes when booking your hotel room. Otherwise, it is always possible that your desired date is no longer available.

Dogs are welcome in most of our rooms! We charge a cleaning fee of 20,– € per four-legged friend per night.

Is a late check-out possible on the day of departure?
For a small surcharge of 50,– € per person, you can continue to use your room until 3 p.m.
Can I borrow bikes, e-bikes, and other sports equipment?
Yes, we rent high-quality NICOLAI e-bikes (for a fee), Nordic walking poles, umbrellas, rucksacks, and plenty of maps. Of course, we will also provide you with hiking and excursion tips on site. Let the adventure begin!
