Slept well? From 7 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. every day, the superb Upper Palatinate country breakfast awaits you. What makes it so special? It’s definitely the many delicious things that we make here at Hirschen like our freshly baked Leberkäse, homemade fruit condiments, handmade bread as well as all of our ham and sausages from our butcher.
