New Year's Eve Short Stay - 4 days

• 3 nights in the category of your choice
• An Upper Palatinate breakfast spread: aromatic coffee and cappuccino, homemade bread, rolls, and cakes, regional and seasonal fruits and vegetables, plenty of organic products, and, of course, lots of items made right here in our own Manufacturer.
• Daily lunch snack for the hunger in between    Depending on the day of arrival
• 2x 4-course menu in the Wirtsstuben or
• 1x "Poacher's Evening" (buffet) on December 30, 2026 with specialties from the forest, fields and meadows, around the Parsberg forest and with Upper Palatinate musicians. Of course, there is also a vegetarian option.
• 1x 5-course New Year's Eve menu in the Wirtsstuben followed by a New Year's Eve party with DJ until 03.00 am!
• Joint toast at 24.00 o'clock with a glass of HirschenSecco.
• Including Hirschen weekly program, such as guided tour of the Parsberg Castle Museum, Aqua Gym, winter hike through the state forest, and much more. - let us surprise you!
• Late riser breakfast on New Year's Day followed by a New Year's Day winter hike
