Spring feelings in Upper Palatinate
Welcome back, warm sunshine!
Temperatures are rising, the sun is shining, and our loungers are celebrating their comeback – three signs that spring has sprung.
Slowly but surely, the first lilies, crocuses, and trees are starting to bloom. We say goodbye to frosty temperatures and hello to lush nature. Spring has finally sprung! The loungers in our hotel and spa in Upper Palatinate are celebrating their comeback and invite us to lean back and enjoy the warm season. The thermometer shows 15° Celsius and we love to spend our days outdoors. Doesn't that also sound like the perfect time for a holiday in the Upper Palatinate? If you ask us, then the answer is “YES!” In good weather, you can stroll through Nuremberg, visit the Walhalla memorial, admire the Weltenburg monastery, or explore the valley of the Schwarze Laber on varied hikes. Bad weather is perfect for a visit to the House of Bavarian History in Regensburg or the world's only Air Museum in Amberg. The St. Coloman stalactite cave in Velburg is another worthwhile destination for rainy days. And after a day full of culture, you can relax in the spa and let yourself be pampered by the wonderful hands of our massage and beauty specialists. How does that sound?
