Are you interested in the secrets of the original
artof Upper Palatinate way of life and its art of sausage-making? It’s actually quite simple: fresh pork and beef come directly from farmers in the region and are processed in the traditional way. Depending on the type of sausage, the following are added according to old home recipes: table salt, spices, water, seasoning vinegar, smoke, and seasoning. That’s it. No artificial additives, no flavour enhancers. True to the motto: “What a sausage doesn’t need, doesn’t go in it!” – and you can taste it.
